BOOKING CONDITIONS

The information contained in our brochure, itinerary and introductory email forms the basis of our terms and conditions of booking.

This constitutes a contract between The Tree Relaxation Retreat and our guests.

Insurance

We strongly recommend you consider purchasing Cancellation Insurance, which provides cover in the event of curtailment or cancellation.

​

Special Dietary Requirements

Please let us know of any special dietary requirements 1 month before you come or as soon as possible , so we can cater for you.

Payment

Payment in full is a condition of booking and is non refundable and non transferrable in any instance.

​

Temporary Coronavirus pandemic cancellation arrangements

In the event that a guest is prevented from coming due to being subject to national or regional restrictions and/or The Tree being unable to open for the same reasons a transfer /credit note valid for 2 years will be issued.

Prices

All prices where applicable include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to amend prices where there is an increase in VAT.

Itinerary

We reserve the right to amend the itinerary without notice.

​

Accommodation

For the weekend courses rooms will be allocated either at The Tree or The Old Chapel and we cannot guarantee any specific room choice.

Gift Vouchers

Delivery of gift vouchers is by first class post, please allow up to 7 days for processing & delivery.

Refunds on vouchers which are reported lost or stolen aren’t possible, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
