Start the year in the best possible way with a detoxifying yoga and meditation weekend.
This weekend will offer energising and relaxing yoga sessions which will focus on postures that have a detoxifying and purifying effect on the body. There will be guided meditations to reconnect deeply with your true self and to set positive intentions for the year ahead. Combining this with a healthy homecooked ayurvedic diet makes this the perfect start to the year.
