


Mindfulness Days




Join us to deepen the connection to your true nature through mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga postures and guided relaxation.
These are gentle and restorative sessions suitable for all, including complete beginners. The morning will begin with a gentle hatha yoga class with guided relaxation. After a break this will be followed by guided mindfulness meditation. Then a break for a light mindful lunch followed by a Qigong session in the afternoon and ending the day with a deeply restorative Yoga nidra- gong relaxation, by the end of which you will feel more balanced and refreshed and more aligned with your self.
The cost for the day is £85 per person and includes a light vegetarian lunch. There's no need to bring any yoga equipment with you (unless you wish to) Our yoga studio is fully equipped.

15.30 Enjoy a flapjack and a grounding cacao as the day comes to a close at approx 3.45pm.

If you would like to extend your stay and enjoy a night under the dark skies, soaking up the bubbles in our hot tub, a refreshing plunge in our cold tub or relaxing in the Sauna. Waking up and enjoying a delicious vegetarian breakfast, feeling fully relaxed and ready to head back into the world.
When attending a Day retreat at The Tree, we have a special one night B&B room rate:
£100 Single occupancy bedroom
£85 per person in a Shared occupancy bedroom
Or our regular 2 night (plus) B&B room rate:
