Join us to deepen the connection to your true nature through mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga postures and guided relaxation.
These are gentle and restorative sessions suitable for all, including complete beginners. The morning will begin with a gentle hatha yoga class with guided relaxation. After a break this will be followed by guided sitting and walking meditation. Then a break for a light mindful lunch followed by more walking and sitting meditation in the afternoon and ending the day with a deeply restorative Yoga nidra-gong relaxation, by the end of which you will feel more balanced, refreshed and rejuvenated and aligned with your self. The cost for the day is £55 per person and includes a light vegetarian lunch.
